Our Story

As working actors with over 20 years of experience in the industry, we know firsthand how stressful self-taping can be. From dealing with noise distractions to finding the right lighting or space to perform freely, we’ve been there.

That’s why we created Tall Tale Self Tapes- a private, soundproof self-tape space designed by actors, for actors. We wanted a place where creativity could flow without limitations. Our studio is a stand-alone, private space, so you never have to worry about walking through busy buildings or dealing with outside noise.

We’ve equipped the space with professional lighting, props, and enough room to move, so you can fully immerse yourself in your scene and deliver your best work. Whether you’re taping an audition, a demo, rehearsing or creating new content, our goal is to provide a supportive, comfortable environment that lets you focus on what truly matters — your performance.
